Why do I need a maternity pillow during pregnancy?
A pregnancy pillow provides essential support, relieving pressure on your back, hips, and joints. It promotes proper alignment, improves sleep quality, and enhances overall comfort throughout the different stages of pregnancy.
I am not pregnant, can I still use a maternity pillow?
The answer is YES! Our maternity pillow is made to enhance sleep quality and position for all, providing back and joint support for spinal alignment and posture, relieving pressure and stress from our body for a good night’s sleep.

Inflating your Queen Rose Maternity Pillow
To inflate your maternity pillow, carefully remove the protective packaging and allow the pillow to rest on a clean and well ventilated surface for at least 36 hours. Resting or using the pillow before having it fully inflated may cause the pillow to be sunken and flat.
Alternatively, you can speed up the inflating process by placing the pillow in a dryer and tumble dry at low heat and speed for 30 mins.
My maternity pillow is not fully inflated after the recommended rest time
Inflatable products can sometimes be sensitive to temperature and may take longer time for air to expand if the surrounding is cold or high in condensation. We recommend having the pillow left out in a warmer and less dense room, or to place the pillow in a dryer to tumble dry on low heat for faster result, and to get rid of excess moisture. Do contact our customer service, should the above method not work for our customer care personnel to provide you with an alternative solution.
Can I deflate my pillow / mattress?
While it is possible to deflate your pillow and mattresses, we strongly encourage our customers to instead, use a protector / cover over any unused pillows or mattresses, or during transportation, refraining from compressing it by self-means as these pillows and mattresses requires manufacturers’ grade machines in order to maintain the shape and functionality of the product.
Maternity Pillow Care & Maintenance
Allow the maternity pillow to inflate in a well-ventilated and clean surface for at least 48 hours before use. Alternatively, place the maternity pillow in a tumble dryer on low heat and tumble dry for 15 - 30 minutes.
For pillow care, please note that only the pillow case is washable. We recommend spot cleaning for the pillow filling. Change or wash pillow cases regularly for proper sleep hygiene. Do not use bleach or wash pillow cases with coloured clothings / fabrics to avoid colour transfers.
Simply shake, tumble dry and allow the pillow to air out to let it regain its fluffiness every 3 months.

What is a mattress topper?
A mattress topper is a removable, cushioned layer that is placed on top of a mattress to enhance its comfort and support, protecting your mattress at the same time.

Mattress Topper Care & Maintenance
Allow the mattress topper to inflate in a clean, flat and well-ventilated surface or on top of your mattress for at least 72 hours before use. Shake and pat the baffle box to expedite the process. alternatively , place the mattress topper in a tumble dryer on low heat for 30 minutes.
For mattress topper maintenance, do not place mattress toppers in a washing machine as this will affect the structure of the materials and filling of the mattress topper. Do not bleach or dry clean the mattress topper. To clean spots, we recommend spot wash and dry when needed.
Allow mattress toppers to ventilate in a cool, dry place regularly to re-fluff and get rid of possible moisture within the toppers.

We recommend placing a mattress topper / protector over your new mattress to prevent future daily wear and tears.
For mattress care, routinely replace bedsheets, topper or protector to maintain a hygienic sleep environment. Regularly rotate your mattress (every 3 - 6 months) for even wear. Flipping of mattress is not required for our Queen Rose Mattress models.
Avoid jumping, standing, or applying too much pressure on a specific spot of the mattress to prevent dents and damages to the innersprings as this may cause discomfort during sleep due to the uneven surface formed.
Regularly ventilate your mattress and vacuum any dust and dirts off the mattress surface. This allows getting rid of excessive moisture caused by irregular temperature / seasonal change.

-Standard shipping typically takes 4 – 7 business days. Longer delivery may be expected during the festive period.
What is your Return & exchange procedure?
-To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team at support@queenrose.com. Please note that for delivered items, our customer care team will be requesting for proof of purchase from our Queen Rose official site, photos of products and other relevant documents.

-Please ensure that any return requests are to be made within 30 days from your purchase date.
-For purchases made from Amazon or other third-party platforms, kindly contact the relevant platform accordingly for our platform sales personnel to assist you promptly.
-Items approved for return must be in their original form, undamaged, unstained and with all tags attached. Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.
How do I check the refund status?
-Once your approved return request is received and inspected, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 14 business days.
What if my parcel is damaged?
-For damaged or incorrect times purchased from our official site, please contact our customer care team @queenrose.com via email with your purchase proof and relevant images including the packaging. Our customer care personnel will assist you with the process.
